There’s so much personal creativity in symbolism, and that’s where collage comes into play. Together, we are using our own symbolism to create a personal oracle deck that is based off the five elements of a story: exposition, rising action, conflict, climax, falling action, resolution.
Whether you’ve used an oracle deck before or not, we all learn this basic story line in school to write narratives. And often times, we unconsciously use this same format in our own narratives. Together, we’ll fill in the blanks with the different patterns or stories we’ve either lived in the past, seen through others’ perspectives, or even want to transform into. It becomes a self reflective tool that we’re able to explore and create together as we gain more clarity.
